Our Favourite Hot Cross Bun Recipe

The perfect addition to the perfect Easter table is of course the Hot Cross Bun, not only do they look amazing but the smell………. YUM!

We received our original inspiration from this recipe (click here) and then made a few our own healthier, biodynamic and organic hacks.

As well as making sure all ingredients are organic, we added Kulture Medicinal Mushrooms and some orange zest, 1 table spoon of each. We also recommend soaking the raisins in a cup of orange juice before mixing the ingredients together.
